About Euphoria System:
Each Euphoria store is independently owned and operated. Euphoria system is NOT a franchise rather a Trademark Licensing system. Each store is fully responsible for its own success including providing the highest level of customer service, highest quality products, local store marketing, advertising, meeting minimum average daily sales goals (for Elite = $1500 a day, for Express = $800 a day) and full compliance with Euphoria's Trademark licensing agreement at all times.
Our Obligations:
1. Ongoing training
2. Continuous support
3. To sell you Euphoria Menu related products
4. To provide our TM, Logos, artwork and promotional material
Your Obligations:
1. Maintain our Euphoria image and standards including following our exact recipes as laid out in our manual
2. To ONLY use and purchase approved products from Euphoria when serving items listed on the Euphoria Menu
3. Offer Euphoria products with the friendliest, prompt customer service in a warm, clean atmosphere
4. Offer Euphoria products in only Euphoria printed cups, containers and packaging materials
5. To purchase approved equipment for preparation, display and selling of our product
6. You are allowed to sell other third party products as long as these products don't compete with the Euphoria products and are NOT contrary to Euphoria's image/concept
7. Ensure and certify (whenever requested) that your store is in full compliance with our Trademark Licensing Agreement at all times you are in business with Euphoria
